1. Why pay for samples? 

This is a wonderful way for you to experience great products from wonderful shops that you may have not known about otherwise. Sampler Village box price includes approx. 15-20 wonderful handcrafted samples and includes free USPS priority/delivery confirmation shipping (within the US). Shipping to Canada will be $10.00. We also offer a SAMPLICIOUS box which has all of our Villagers in one box (shipping to US only).

2. How are my boxes shipped?

Shipping within the United States with be United States Postal Service, priority mail w/delivery confirmation. This is included in the price of the box. 

Shipping to Canada will also be United States Postal Service, airmail. Canadian shipping will be $10.00.

3. When will you ship?

Sampler Village boxes will go on sale the 21st of each month. Once you make your purchase your box will ship out within 5 days of Sampler Village receiving your paypal payment.

4. What payments do you accept?

Paypal only.

5. Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes, we ship to Canada now!

6. Can I return my box?

Sorry but no. Sampler Village villagers work hard to bring you these samples and we are hopeful that you will be more then pleased with your box.

7. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only if you are in Pennsylvania. Sorry but I am registered in Pennsylvania and I am required to add 6% sales tax to purchases.

8. What if my box is damaged in shipment?

This rarely happens, but if for some reason your box gets damaged, please notify me right away.
